So you have decided to book and event with Eurotrax, you now have four options...

...book online

A comprehensive online booking form can be found under "Booking" in the top navigation bar.  Please complete the form as fully as possible, you will not be able to book without viewing and agreeing to our terms and conditions.  Please  do call us direct if you have any queries relating to our terms and conditions. A copy of your completed details will be emailed seperately back to you, this will be followed by further email confirmation to let you know that we have received your booking form, and if you have not done so already, information and  full instuctions about how to secure your booking with a deposit cheque. A PDF of the booking form can be found under "Booking" in the top navigation bar. Simply print a hard copy of this, complete your details as above and send a copy  together with a cheque made payable to Eurotrax Tours Ltd to the address below. 

Should the cheque be for more than one rider and or part of a group, please indicate this on the reverse of the cheque e.g "Depoist for Smith and Wade part of the Mackie group"  It would also be helpful to reference the trip date also.

...email a copy of your form

Scan a copy of your completed booking form to us, please make the file as small as posssible when attaching it to your email. Send a hard copy of this, together with a cheque made payable to Eurotrax to the address below. 

Should the cheque be for more than one rider and or part of a group, please indicate this on the reverse of the cheque e.g "Depoist for Smith and Wade part of the Mackie group"  It would also be helpful to reference the trip date also.

If all of the above is far too techy or not personal enough, then myself or Julie would be more than happy to complete your details for you over the telephone, afterwhich a copy of your completed booking form will be sent to you in the post together with a SAE for you to sign and return to us along with your deposit.

DEPOSITS

Your space can and will ONLY be confirmed by a reciept of a deposit payment of £75 per rider or guest. Verbal or email confirmation is not enough to secure your booking, we recommend that you call us to confirm that your cheque is in the post!  Upon receipt of your deposit cheque, we will email final confirmation including your outstanding balance and due date. 

Once your balance has been received we will release full details of your booking, hotel and ferry crossing reference numbers, directions etc. for your records.

EUROTRAX preferred method of payment is currently by cheque!

All cheques should be made payable to EUROTRAX TOURS LTD

Always send a copy of your completed booking form, with deposit cheques. 

Always reference the trip date, your name and or the group name on the reverse of any balance cheques.
